The traditional Indian tandoor is a clay oven, which imparts a smoky flavour to the food. All tandoori dishes are marinated and then cooked until dry. The dishes can be alo successfully cooked on the grill, in the oven or even an air fryer. These dishes are crisp on the outsde but soft and succulent from inside. Tandoori food makes excelent accompaniment to any meal.
