Pistachio Smoothie
This delicious Pistachio Smoothie has all the richness of real pistachios and sweet mango. Topped with cinnamon and cardamom powder for a perfectly refreshing treat.
Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup unsalted, shelled pistachios
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- pinch of ground cardamom
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp sugar (or to taste)
- 2 drops rose water, or to taste
- ½ tsp fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped finely
- 1 large mango, peeled and pitted (or 1 banana)
- ½ cup crushed ice
How to make Spiced Pistachio Smoothie:
- Process all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy.
