Fruit Tea

This fruit tea, made with all natural ingredients offers alluring sweet-tart notes for an enjoyable cup any time of day. It is a refreshing beverage with the tastes of lemon, orange, ginger and aromatic cinnamon.

Ingredients:

Serves 2

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tea bag
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 2 cardamom pods
  • 1-2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 star anise (optional)
  • sugar, honey (to taste, optional)

How to make Fruit Tea:

  1. Pour water to saucepan. Add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add the tea bag to the mixture. And take it out after 1 minute. Turn of the heat.
  3. Cut half the lemon into round slices and squize juice from the other half. Squize the juice from orange juice.
  4. When the tea cools ta bit add lemon and orange juice and mix well.
  5. Add sugar or honey. Mix it well.
  6. Strain the tea into serving cups and decorate with lemon slices.
