Mint Raita

Flavorful, whisked until smooth yoghurt mixed along with mint leaves and a few mild Indian spices.

Serves 1-2

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 12-15 spinach leaves, well washed
  • pinch of cumin powder
  • 2-3 raisins (optional)
  • a pinch of paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp onion finely chopped
  • black pepper, salt to taste
  • 1-2 springs of meant leaves for decoration

How to make Mint Raita:

  1. Seperat mint leaves from the stem. Wash it.
  2. Combine yogurt with mint and all other ingredients and whisk it well till absolutely smooth.
  3. Garnish the raita with mint leaves.
