Cantaloupe Sharbat

Cantaloupe has refreshingly rich flavor and aroma and minimal number of calories. It makes a great sharbat.

Ingredients:

Serves 2

  • 1 cantaloupe, chopped
  • ½ cup of orange juice
  • 3/4 in (2cm) fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 4 - 6 ice cubes

How to make Cantaloupe Sharbat:

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Serve in chilled glasses.
