Mint (Pudina) Lassi

This yogurt based Indian Mint Lassi thanks to added mint leaves gives has a cool and a very refreshing taste.

Serves 2-4

  • 4 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • ½ tsp roasted, ground cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp rock salt preferably), or to taste
  • 1 cup of water
  • 6-8 ice cubes

How to make Mint Lassi:

  • Put yogurt, mint, roasted and grounded cumin seeds, rock salt in a blender. Blend for a few seconds.
  • Add chilled water and ice cubes. Blend till frothy.
  • Serve sprinkled with a pinch o ground roasted cumin seeds (optional) and garnish with finely chopped mint. Linked Text
